I have been connected with the pathways into policing via the Police Educational Qualifications Framework and the apprenticeship routes of PCDA and DHEP (D) for the last two years in previous jobs as both a course developer and also as a Progression and Development Coach. This has given me an invaluable insight into the requirements of the skills and information required when applying, to that of how the various routes unfold during their time as “Student Police Officers”. I can provide good knowledge to the many UPS and Criminology students who are considering a career in Policing whether that be after University or through an Apprenticeship route to gain their degree as they “earn whilst they learn”. I have delivered in both lectures and on the workshops in these areas when asked to and regularly engage with local educational establishments on work experience days.
I offer tutoring and mentoring fo the National Investigators Exam (NIE) and can provide e-learning and distance learning opportunities.
